Returns & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

For hygiene reasons, worn/used nightwear will not be eligible for return.
2. Process

To initiate a return, email us at orders@playfulthreads.in with your order details.

One-Time Return: Returns are accepted only once per order. No returns on exchanged items. Pickup within 2-3 business days. Pack the item with the invoice & tags.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 working days.
4. Exchanges
If you need a size exchange, please mention it while requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
